Mozzarella Cheese Alfredo Pasta Bake!

Today is New Years Day and my parents were both sick. So for dinner I decided to make my first Mozzarella Cheese Alfredo Baked Pasta. I created my own recipe after reading through some other recipes online. I had an idea of what ingredients I needed and later I added some extra things.

First you need a box of whatever pasta you choose. I only had linguine so I broke them into thirds. You need some shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Milk, Butter/margarine, 2 Alfredo sauces, and 2 eggs. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly Beat the eggs and set aside.

Follow the directions on your pasta box and boil your pasta. I added extra virgin olive oil and some salt. Drain your pasta.
I should have used a larger bowl but mix your drained pasta and eggs together.

ADD 2 TBS of milk and 1 TBS Butter or Margarine. Mix.

After mixing, put your pasta and alfredo sauces into your pot and set stove to low heat.

ADD half of the pasta mixture into your foiled pan or dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the first layer.

Then add the rest of the pasta on top of the cheese layer.

I like it slightly spicy so I added crushed red pepper. Garnish your pasta with Parsley flakes.

This is the finished dish! It was a little dry but I guess I'll have to use more butter next time.
